PERUMNAS is a State-Owned Enterprise (SOE) in the form of a Public Company (Perum) where the entire shares are owned by the Government. Perumnas was established as a government solution in providing decent housing for the lower up to middle income class with vertical and horizontal housing. Perumnas has housing projects for lower middle income class in 15 locations. Consists of 76 Towers and 57.689 Residential Units and 2618 commercial unit. Together with PT KAI, Perumnas also develop TOD project in several train station
