Skema Pendanaan
PINA Center menawarkan beberapa opsi alternatif pendanaan kepada para investor. Tiga instrumen yang utama antara lain saham (direct equity), dana campuran (hybrid) dan funds.
Saat ini, PINA Center juga sedang mengupayakan instrumen pendanaan lainnya dengan bekerjasama dengan beragam pemangku kepentingan seperti dana investasi real estate (DIRE) dan dana investasi infrastruktur (DINFRA).

Investasi Langsung
Commonly referred to as direct investment refers to an investment in a business enterprise designed to acquire a controlling interest in this enterprise/project.

Campuran
Often referred to as “perps”, or perpetual bonds and perpetual notes. Perpetual securities have no maturity date, but an issuer may choose to redeem the after a specified period of time.

Is made up of a pool of money collected from many investors to invest in securities such as stocks, bonds, money market instruments, and other assets. It can be in a form of private or mutual funds.
