Ekoputro Adijayanto
Chief Executive Officer

Eko Putro Adijayanto is the Chief Executive Officer of the Non-Government Budget Investment Financing (PINA Center for Private Investment), a unit under the Ministry of National Development Planning National Developing Planning Agency (PPN/Bappenas) of the Republic of Indonesia. He also serves the role as Senior Advisor at Manulife Indonesia, where he held his previous role as Independent Commissioner in 2016.

Before his full-time role as the CEO of PINA Center for Private Investment, he was the Special Advisor to the Minister of PPN/Bappenas from 2016 until May 2019. Prior to that, Eko held several advisory roles at other government institutions; He was the Special Advisor to the Minister of Finance (2014-2016) and the Special Advisor to the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises (2009-2011).

Upon obtaining his Bachelor of Economics degree from the University of Indonesia, he started his career in banking sector. Eko has an expertise in institutional communications where he worked in a multitude of banks and held key positions related to Corporate Secretary role; among others are at Bank Universal (1993-2002), Bank Permata (2003-2005) and lastly at Bank Mandiri (2005-2006) as Senior Vice President.

Due to his extended experience in Infrastructure and Project Financing, Eko was appointed President Commissioner and Independent Commissioner at PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero) from 2014-2016. He was also a Commissioner of Bank BNI (2010-2012) and Indonesia Infrastructure Finance (2014-2015).

Bonifacius Prasetyo

Bonifacius Prasetyo is the Co-Chief Executive Officer/Chief Operating Officer (Co-CEO/COO) of The Non-Government Budget Equity Financing (PINA Center For Private Investment), Ministry of National Development Planning/National Development Planning Agency, Republic of Indonesia since 2019. Prior to the current Co-CEO/COO position, Bonifacius was a Managing Director of Lembaga Pembiayaan Ekspor Indonesia (or Indonesia Eximbank, a Special Mission Vehicle under the Ministry of Finance, Republic of Indonesia) since 2016 looking after Strategic Planning, Risk Management, Compliance, Credit Administration, Information Technology and Operations Division. Bonifacius was a Managing Director of Lembaga Pembiayaan Ekspor Indonesia Upon obtaining his Bachelor degree of Economics from the Faculty of Economics, University of Indonesia, he started his career at IBM World Trade Corp. (PT USI Jaya) from 1991-1992 as a Product Scheduling and Inventory Manager, before more than 22 years career in banking industry mainly in treasury and capital markets. From 1992-1995 with Standard Chartered Bank as Vice President, Sales and Marketing, Global Markets, before joined Credit Agricole Indosuez Bank, Treasury Division from 1995-1997 as Head of Sales and rejoined Standard Chartered Bank as Vice President/Director, Sales and Marketing, Global Markets in 1997. In the same year, he obtained his Master degree in International Finance from the Faculty of Economics, University of Indonesia. After 8 years with Standard Chartered Bank, in 2005 he joined PT Bank Danamon Tbk., Treasury and Capital Markets Division as Senior Vice President and 2007-2014 with PT Bank DBS Indonesia as Senior Vice President, Treasury and Markets in Corporate and Institutional Sales Division. From 2014-2016 he was a Senior Partner of PT Win International, a management consultant company with clients mainly State Owned Enterprise (SOE).
Yose Rizal
Chief Relationship Officer
Yose Rizal is the Chief Relationship Officer of The Non- Government Budget Investment Financing (PINA Center for Private Investment), a unit of the Ministry of National Development Planning/National Developing Planning Agency (PPN/Bappenas) from 2017. Concurrently, Yose also holds several positions in different institutions: Corporate Advisor for PT Maxima Intergra since 2013, Audit Committee Member of PT Sri Rezeki Isman Tbk (Sritex) since 2013, Director of PT Pengelola Pemeringkat Kredit Nasional (PPKN) since 2014, and Audit Committee Member of PT Selamat Sempurna Tbk since 2015. Yose has extensive knowledge in capital market rules and regulation, having worked within the sphere of the Jakarta Stock Exchange in a couple of key positions – as Division Head in Listing Monitoring Division (1997-2007), and as Division Head in Surveillance Division in 2007. Subsequently, Yose assumed the position Director of PT Pemeringkat Efek Indonesia (PEFINDO), the Indonesian credit rating agency from 2007 to 2013. Yose graduated from the Faculty of Economics, University of Indonesia majoring in Accounting. Prior to his successful career in the capital market, Yose worked as Senior Auditor at KPMG Hanadi Sudjendro & Partners (1990-1992), and as Staff & Head Unit of the Audit Division for PT Bursa Efek Jakarta (1992-1998).
