- PT Waskita Karya (Persero)Tbk (“Waskita” is one of the biggest construction SOE’s in Indonesia. PT Waskita Transjawa Toll Road) (“WTTR”) was established on 2015.
- This toll road is a part of Trans Java toll road that connects Kanci – Pejagan owned by PT Semesta Marga Raya (“SMR”), Pejagan – Pemalang owned by PT Pejagan Pemalang Toll Road (“PTPR”) and Pasuruan – Probolinggo owned by PT Trans-Jawa Paspro Jalan Tol( “TJPJT”).
- WTTR holding the concession of three Transjava Toll Roads ; SMR and PPTR that has already operated in 2018, and TJPJT are targeted to open in Q4 2018.
- Semesta Marga Raya (SMR) : PT. Semesta Marga Raya operates as a toll road developer. The company is based in Indonesia.
- Pejagan Pemalang Toll Road (PPTR) : PT. Semesta Marga Raya operates as a toll road developer. The company is based in Indonesia.
- Trans-Jawa Paspro Jalan Tol (TJPJT) : PT Trans Jawa Paspro Jalan Tol engages in construction, operation, and management of toll road.
